Sally Agar
IllustratorSally is an illustrator and designer based in North Yorkshire.
For as long as she can remember, Sally has had a passion for drawing and painting. She loves working with colour, texture, and pattern, and aims to bring a bit of everyday magic to her illustrations. Sally loves to imbue her work with emotional context; creating mood and atmosphere in her depictions of relationships and everyday scenes. She loves creating characters with spark and energy, as well as injecting a bit of humour into her work.
Sally recently returned to the UK after ten years living in Stockholm working as a Print Designer for fashion companies. She is now very excited about kick-starting her illustration career, and recently accepted an offer to begin illustrating her first children’s picture book.
When she’s not in her attic studio working on her latest painting, Sally is happiest out in nature with her young son by her side.
