Katie Mai
IllustratorKatie Mai is a Vietnamese-American illustrator from New Jersey. She studied art and psychology at Rutgers University, where she began sharing her art on social media in 2020. Since then, she ’s been able to share her whimsical illustrations online to millions of people, collaborate with Target on their 2025 Lunar New Year Collection, and dip her toes into the world of picture books, her dream! Katie now resides in Southern California and can be found painting, creating videos, and dancing with her dog, Miso.
